This Concept would introduce an Arts aspect to the proposed Events Complex. Engagement with the Arts is a desirable goal in both Community and Economic Development and address direct goals in our Village Specific Plan. As an example of planning a Arts Center in infill conditions such as ours, Park City’s Kimball Arts Center is an example of current planning methods and design ideas.
